Reltechs has been providing quality service to homes and business for many years.  Now we are going through the same changes that every business is going through in this economy.

 We have been hit with a loss of clients due to business failures.  Some of them never paid their invoices and it has resulted in a trickle down effect.  It is not possible for Reltechs to continue to send highly skilled technicians and engineers to jobs without the revenue to back it up. 

We have consolidated servers and cut down our overhead as much as possible.  We have limited our staff to independent contractors.  Reltechs now has no full time paid employees.

Our repair service is still available in the core area of Sonoma County.  Our service is still the highest quality and reasonably priced.  The technicians available are certified professionals. Our pricing remains the same.

We also will continue to offer network services on a limited basis.  We are losing our chief engineer and his resources.  The servicing of local Microsoft servers is being phased out.  We still will support Unix servers and networks depending on the size of the system.

The core of Reltechs will be the webhosting services.  We still offer web designers and webmasters. The server will continue to be housed in a secure location with a contracted full time support staff.  Reltechs has started taking on new websites as the economy starts to bounce back.  Our clients satisfaction remains our number one goal.
